CCLA asked the feds for more timely transparency by releasing their interim Cabinet orders for the public to see ASAP exactly what legally authorizes the PM’s daily COVID-19 updates. UPDATE: All the territories have declared public health emergencies: Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut. Newfoundland has also declared a public health emergency.
