To tell us about a civil liberties concern:

Please note that CCLA is not a community legal clinic and does not generally provide members of the public with legal advice or direct legal representation. In some instances, we are able to provide individuals with general legal information and/or referrals to appropriate agencies or organizations.

We are not able to meet with you in person. We do however invite you to refer to the growing content available through TalkRights for general information about civil liberties in Canada and other helpful resources.

We encourage you to check out the Ask the CCLA blog to see if your question or concern has already been addressed. You can also submit your own civil liberties related questions to the CCLA using that feature. If you would like to make us aware of a civil liberties issue by email instead, please contact or reach us by phone at 416-363-0321 ext. 257.
