L'ACLC est d'avis que la Charte des droits et libert\u00e9s oblige le gouvernement \u00e0 mettre en quarantaine uniquement lorsque cela est explicitement prescrit par la loi, ce qui devrait \u00eatre interpr\u00e9t\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re restrictive, bien que moins strictement interpr\u00e9t\u00e9e dans les circonstances li\u00e9es \u00e0 la d\u00e9tention en vertu du droit criminel.<\/p>\n

En outre, les agents publics doivent veiller \u00e0 ce que les personnes mises en quarantaine aient des conditions de vie ad\u00e9quates et le droit effectif \u00e0 un conseil.<\/p>\n
