Deux des trois juges ont rejet\u00e9 notre demande de suspension : la loi reste en place. L&rsquo;un des juges aurait suspendu la loi. <b>Les trois juges ont reconnu que les Qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois qui portent des signes religieux subissent des pr\u00e9judices<\/b>. L&rsquo;un des juges a m\u00eame d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il \u00e9tait \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9vident que leurs droits fondamentaux sont viol\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb, en particulier les droits des femmes musulmanes qui portent le hijab.    <\/p>\n<p>\u00ab<i>C\u2019est gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 notre d\u00e9termination in\u00e9branlable \u00e0 continuer de lutter pour les personnes marginalis\u00e9es au Canada, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 notre engagement en faveur de la justice et de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9, que nous appelons tout le monde \u00e0 s\u2019unir contre l\u2019interdiction des symboles religieux.
