Il n'impose aucune limite aux mesures intrusives que les partis politiques peuvent prendre lors de leur campagne, pour autant qu'elles soient couvertes par les politiques de protection de la vie priv\u00e9e qu'ils ont publi\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 une \u00e9poque o\u00f9 les campagnes \u00e9lectorales sont riches en donn\u00e9es et \u00e9voluent rapidement, il est plus important que jamais de veiller \u00e0 ce que les droits fondamentaux des \u00e9lecteurs en mati\u00e8re de protection de la vie priv\u00e9e soient respect\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Les exemptions propos\u00e9es ne s'arr\u00eatent pas aux violations futures des lois provinciales sur la protection de la vie priv\u00e9e, mais visent \u00e0 immuniser les partis politiques contre les violations pass\u00e9es, qui remontent \u00e0 l'an 2000.
